Duplex Apartments «Happy Holiday Lux Apartments» are located in the center of Budapest in the quite Akácfa street near the prospectus of Andrassy and Liszt Ferentz square with a large number of restaurants and cafes. There are 50 meters from the trolleybus station, 150 meters to the underground station Oktogon.

The Deák Ferenc Square, conjunction of 3 metro lines can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. Keleti Railway Station is 1.5 km from the building. 

It offers self-catered accommodation with free WiFi and a washing machine.

Studio apartments with views of the street / on the courtyard, an area of 25 m2, with a double bed and a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a dining table, air conditioning. The bathroom is fitted with shower. These apartments are fully equipped with bedding, linens and kitchen utensils. The studios with street views are equipped with shutters.
The apartment is in the heart of the city, which can sometimes be noisy.

The apartment is provided with bedding, bed clothing and kitchen utensils.

Apartments have high-speed WIFI connection.

Room cleaning, change of bed clothing and towels is provided once in 7 days.

Extra cleaning and changing of bed clothing and towels is available for 10 Euros.

Our apartment hotel is located in a residential building; therefore, it’s mandatory to follow the accommodation rules.

During the cold season, the temperature in the apartments is set at a standard level of up to 23°C.

  1. Unauthorized persons may stay in the guest’s room from 8 a.m. till 11 p.m. In case the person is late the guest should inform the reception and register that person (registration is made according to identity document). The guest is responsible for the actions of the visitors that he invites to his room. 
  2. The guest must respect the rights of other guests of the apartment.
  3. Respect moral and ethical standards, refrain from excessive use of alcohol and avoid taboo words in public areas of apartment.
  4. Appreciate the property of the apartment. In case of loss or damage, the guest must compensate the cost of property according to the current legislation. The extent of damage is determined and paid according to the Price List for the loss and damage to property apartments.
  5. Strictly follow the rules of fire safety, not to use open fire, avoiding appearance of seats of fire.
  6. Follow the rules of using electrical appliances in the room
  7. When leaving the room close water tubs, windows, turn off electricity and electric devices.
  8. In case of flooding , lack of electricity, heating and hot water, etc. the Guest must inform the administration of apartment. In case of emergency, call 911.

The staff is responsible:

  1. To provide prepaid services to the guests in time, qualitatively and in full amount.
  2. To inform the guest of the basic and additional services, the form and way of payment.
  3. To protect the privacy of guests.
  4. To respond promptly to the requests of guests, taking measures to eliminate accidents and breakdowns in the rooms.
  5. The staff is not responsible for the money and material values left in the room, including money and property left in the room safe box.
  6. The staff informs guests about video surveillance for security purposes in the Apartment, except the rooms , toilets and showers. 
  7. The staff has the right to enter the room for cleaning , change of linens and towels , checking heating systems , electricity and to eliminate problems of their functioning, as well as in case of violation of these rules by the guest. When the accommodation period has expired and the guest is absent for more than 6 hours, the administration has the right to take guest’s things out of the room, creating the commission and making an inventory of guest’s property.
  8. If the guest has grossly violated these rules, a member of staff has the right to draw up a statement and to invite a policeman (if necessary) to investigate all the circumstances. If the guest violates the rules of public order or abuses alcohol, the administration of the apartment has the right to evict him prematurely.

It is forbidden:

  1. To leave unauthorized persons in the room when the guest is absent
  2. To give the key from the room to unauthorized persons
  3. To rearrange and to move furniture.
  4. To smoke in the rooms and in other areas of the apartment.
  5. To disturb the rights of other guests, creating noise.
  6. To bring and keep weapons, explosive, flammable , corrosive , poisonous substances, drugs and other dangerous objects.
  7. To dirty willfully the territory of the apartment.
  8. To use heaters, except the devices installed in the room.
  9. Staying of unauthorized persons in the room after 23:00.
  10. In the case of gross violation of the rules of conduct or the rules of fire safety, the administration has the right to refuse the guest in a further accommodation, to draw up a statement of this event and to invite the police.
  11. The staff reserves the right not to provide accommodation services to persons Intoxicated by alcohol, drugs , or under the influence of psychotropic medicines.

Accommodation in the apartment is possible after showing a passport or another identity document and paying 100% of the accommodation fee.
All the rooms are not-smoking, a guest who smokes must be ready to pay 200 euro fine, wich will be spent for cleaning of the room and air from the smell of smoke.

Payment for services can be made by cash or by credit cards VISA, MASTER, MAESTRO according to the price list actual for the day of accommodation

Accommodation and payment are made according to fixed check-in/check-out times.

  • Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00, check-out time is before 11:00 local time.
  • Early check in from 08:00 to 15:00 of the current day costs extra 10 euros
  • Late check in after 20:00 costs 20 euros.
  • When the prepaid period of accommodation is over, a Guest must check out before 11L00 or pay the prolongation

If there are vacancies in the apartment, accommodation can be extended for the following period:

  • Until 18:00 – the fee is 10 euros;
  • Until 23:59 - 50% of the day fee
